I hope that German Fest isn't in the Shockhoe (spell?) Bottom area that
was so badly flooded a few weeks ago. That was a real mess!

I got my tickets in the mail yesterday. Had to pay 46 cents postage due. Put them in a very safe place where I won't lose them or forget where they area.

We were in Ohio visiting Mikes sister when the Shockoe flood happened. I remember being hte the big flood in Richmond in 72. Was in school then & got stranded up there for a week. Ya couldn't go out cuz it was flooded. My mom was so upset cuz I never called her & dad to tell them I was okay. I remember seeing on the news back then water covering street signs & glad I wasn't in it. Fortunately the German fest isn't in Shockoe Bottom but either the fairgrounds or the Showplace. Should be fun & a good ending after an Arlo gig the nite before...

Hope you have a good time! We went to an Oktoberfest in German Village in Columbus last year, and I was a little disappointed. I expected it to be bigger than it was.

At least Richmond was spared so much rain from hurricane Ivan. Not so for southeastern Ohio. Areas along the Ohio River are badly flooded. :(

That's a coincidence---32 Cents has been due, too.

Well Joe, We wrote a whole book (practically), rescued Arlo and I even stood under the Blundercopter and yelled up to him but of course as you know he didn't hear me right and yelled back that he did sing Alices at Woodstock, so what else can we do??? Will we ever solve the mystery
of the release date of 32 cents??
