Hello from Canada.

I am new to Arlonet (just registered today). I have been a fan for a long time. Unfortunately the radio stations up here don't play much of his music, except for a few tracks on "Psychedelic Psunday's" on our local radio station, Q-107.

Again and unfortunately, not much of Arlo's music is available up here, so I am forced to order his cd's online from the States and have them shipped up.

I just found out that Arlo is playing here (Toronto) in May. Turns out the tickets have been on sale since last August and I didn't know anything about it. I just ordered a pair of tickets and am lucky enough to be going to see the show with a pair of good seats.

I ordered a copy of Arlo's 40th Anniversary Tour poster on ebay this morning, and I was wondering if anyone knows if Arlo is in the habit of signing autographs after the show. I would love to get him to sign my poster. I will bring it with me if I know that he meets the fans.

Anyway, great site.

It depends on his schedule,the venue and other variables but more often then not ADG does meet and greet and arlograph with the fans :)
edited to add... as long as it is not going back on e-bay.. :roll:

The last Arlo concert I saw (CoNO Tour Chicago kickoff) I had VIP tickets. I bought the CoNO tour poster and Arlo (along with all of the others I had sign at the meet n greet) were more than happy to sign (especially Sarah Lee, who was excited to see that she was the only one signing in sharpie, making her "stand out more than my dad for once," as she said).

Hey there, I saw Arlo with two friends in Detroit Lakes, MN about a year and a half ago in an auditorium that seated 500 people. We had bought some white T shirts and sharpies and made shirts with lots of Arlo lyrics on them and he sat right on the steps of his bus after the show and signed autographs for everyone who wanted them. He and Abe and Gordon all signed our shirts. Very cool. Going to see him again next month in Fargo and hopefully he will sign another shirt for me. Good luck and enjoy the show!

Rocker_6. E-bay has it's draw backs!!! My curiousity had me thinking if your RBR perscription is up to date?

Research the site, ( Get Stuff ) and you'll find that there's a fire sale on posters, via RSR. ( rising son records ) . E-bay in my opinion is for antiques.... (e.p. Arlo's cover on news week, ect.)

There's three posters, buy 2 get one free. The 40th anniversary one ( ausome artwork btw), AG popping a wheely on his motorcycle (1969), and the infamous poster of ADG riding a Lion......

I have the most recent two, but am dying to get the Lion Poster, as I felt it is very artistic... So with the buy one get one free, I'm inclined to get them all!!!!


Autographs are such a sentimental venue. I cherrish my CD's that Arlo was kind enough to sign for me. Especially when Gorden and Abe are included. My favorite being, the latest, Live in Sydney. It was hectic, but I managed to get the three of them, within talking distance after the show... ( If Gorden hadn't forgot his coat on stage, I might not of got his.... lol.... as he was tired, ntm: it was terribly hot that night. (10/7/05)

I cannot see Arlo and crew not signing your poster. It's just a matter of being in the right place, at the right time. And if it means as much to you rocker_6 as it does to me, it's well worth the time and effort.....

yeah, I wouldn't sell it on E-Bay, but you sound sincere, and that's great!!

Arlo is a fun person and very addicting...This coming Spring I will be attending my second Arlo show :D....Before I attended my first Arlo concert I studied a small course in archaeology reason is that I dig Arlo and then moved on to a higher level in the department of anthropology.

Arlo came to Vancouver, B.C. ten months ago, to perform at the Chan Centre for the Performing Arts. It was the first time for me to see him perform. I brought my art book which I use for autographs, with me.
I wondered during the whole 'two hours or so' concert, whether I would get an arlograph. After the concert, I walked out of the Chan Centre, not knowing what to do. As I was heading to catch the bus and go home, something drew me back to find Arlo. I couldn't just walk away, knowing I'd probably never see him again. Where there is a will, there is a way.
I met Arlo, got an autograph from him, said a few words to him, and left for home, basking in the warm glow of this cherished encounter.
