Great (mostly solo acoustic) show last night in Bennington, VT. The venue was an intimate high school auditorium with terraced seating and a folding chair-filled orchestra pit. The sound was absolutely perfect from where I sat. There were lots of stories - mostly old ones but a few with new twists - and, of course, Arlo's vocals and guitar playing were just about perfect. I didn't jot down the set list, but the show was similar to the one that Deb posted for Arlo's gig in Homer, New York. I believe that only "Shade of the Apple Tree" wasn't included in last night's set. Arlo played his six-string Martin for most of the night, occasionally switching off as noted below.
