Hi All......... <Listening to 'Amigo', right now>

I am headed back to Massachusetts for my first ever Arlo show and I am pretty excited about it. I just today realized that he will be playing with the orchestra! That's a surprise to me and I don't know what to expect but I am betting that I'll be thrilled.

We also sprung for great seats - 4th row! wooHOO, should be a good time.

As an added bonus, I will get to see my daughter Jen who is traveling with Arlo on his tour. Yes, she is thrilled and having a great time. I am, however, becoming a little impatient with her as she is supposed to be getting her pic taken with Arlo - Grrrrrr, c,mon Jen........

Anyway, I'm sure it will be a terrific show.
Hope to see many Arlo fans there!

Hi welcome to the group! I will be attending the concert tomorrow night, I'm excited. This will be my second time seeing Arlo with the Springfield Symphony Orchestra and my tenth Arlo show. You will have a great time Arlo is an awesome performer along with his hilarious stories that is what makes me go back for more Arlo pleasures
I have a front row seat in the right orchestra section. I hope to see some Arlo fans there too!

BTW I met Jen back in October at the Church, she is a great girl and hopefully I shall see her tomorrow night too! Cool beans and rock and roll!

Hiya all!

I just got back home a moment ago from tonight's show at Springfield Symphony Hall. Show was awesome but the setlist was slightly different than last year's show. John Nardolillo conducted the Springfield Symphony Orchestra and sounded superb and along with who else-Arlo of course
This year I had a front row seat in the right orchestra section near the aisle, had a great close up of the stage and piano, got a perfect aerial view of a small snow bank on top of the piano, oh wait that was the tip of Arlo's head while he played piano


Setlist as follows:

Springfield Symphony Orchestra opened the show with a instrumental entitled "An American Man In Paris" song lasted 20-25 minutes.

Arlo came on stage afterwards and made a joke about the above song his title was "An American Man In Massachusetts Who Went To Springfield, Sang On Stage, Met a Girl and Did Bad"

Killer and Jen are the best! Arlo is so lucky to have such wonderful energy with him. Killer is quite the professional and Jen is passionate about helping people with Autism. I've been blessed to have the opportunity to meet both of these wonderful souls. Love you guys

the last time I was in Symphony Hall it was to receive my high school diploma. LAst nite was much more fun.

A great show for sure. Arlo is quite the showman as well as an inspiring musician. Thoroughly enjoyed myself. I'm the guy who usually can't sit still, and yet I was ready & willing for lots more of his music.
Only disappointment,,,,,didn't hear the Massachusetts song.

A fine time, and what excellent sound. I would never have thought that a guy on a guitar could compete with an orchestra and still be heard.

Well Dad, Jen is a sweetie. She got on my case about not being registered and she was SO right! I went home and registered right away! Thanks, Jen!!! So Dad, did she get that picture with Arlo yet? Did you get a 'family' picture with Arlo? What a great experience for her at this time in her life.

Jen's mom and I are both climbers, and skiers. In fact,,,,,,,I am looking at Whiteface Mt right now thru our L.R. window, it's got a very pretty frosting of snow and I am headed up the auto road for my first cross-country outing of the year. Yep, playing hooky from work today; Life is GOOD !

First Arlo live show. Had seats in the nosebleed area, back row center in the gallery. The wife and I went for our 28th anniversary. Best show I've seen by anybody in a long time. Arlo said that he might make it an annual affair, well, count me in. I forget the song list but they were all there. Started the show with the pickle song, opened the second set with the massacree. Loved it all.
