We should have posted something here earlier, sorry.
It was an awesome experience! The concert couldn't have been better -- even though Arlo's voice was pretty rough when he arrived.
Everyone was mesmerized. It was almost as if it were all a dream. The room is so small, it was almost as if we were in Arlo's living room. We were all left pinching ourselves and wondering if it really happened, or if we just dreamed it. The sound was superb, and everyone so appreciative... talk about blundervibes!!! It was such a pleasure meeting all the Arlo fans!
We had to charge a lot for the tickets, but there was not one complaint about that, and everyone agreed that we want to do it again.

Thanks so much, Arlo for coming here to our little venue.
And thanks Killer, for all your help and patience. And thanks to BC, the sound was GREAT! And thanks, Jen! It was great meeting you all!

Hey Jeanne!

Thanks for the link. My only complaint about my job was not getting to watch many of the shows! Do you mind if I download some of these and add them to my photos from Mascoutah?

JEN!!!
Please help yourself to the photos!
Good to hear from you!
Yeah, too bad you couldn't have gotten to watch the show! I know i'm prejudiced, but i think it was far and away better than the Friday night show before -- which you saw from the sideline.
Though that other venue is also very good, the chapel just seems like the ideal place for experiencing an Arlo concert. We sure hope to do it again someday. The Tom Rush concert in February should be really good, too. And since we had Arlo here, people realize what a great venue this is for intimate concerts. Didn't mean this to sound like a commercial. ha ha
We sure hope you will keep in touch, Jen. I've had several folks ask if we've heard from you and Killer. You ladies made a great impression on everybody. Hope you are doing well. Hey, i'm waiting for a link to your radio program!

I'm no longer on the radio (at least for now) as I'm currently in the process of relocating from San Francisco. I'll wave to you from the air, sometime around 6pm on Friday, February 8th!

I met so many great people both in Mascoutah and everywhere else we stopped. You've got my email- don't be afraid to hand it out.

I was lucky enough to hear the show via the downstairs feed that BC and the sound guys hooked up for us basement dwellers.

But again, thanks for the pictures!

San Francisco to MA, wow, that is a long distance! Best of luck with that big move! Sounds like you made a lot of friends that would like to keep in touch! Please keep us all posted about how you are and what you are up to!
