Had a great time at the epcot shows. All the Guthries were present and a few blunderites also. Reg and I hooked up with Nancy, Freddie, and our new friend Wendy and we all pitched in saving each other seats and so on. Arlo does three "shows" a day at epcot, each about 45 minutes with an hour between each one. He pretty much takes his regular show and breaks it up into three parts. (No encores at Disney) Folks que up early for the first show to get good seats. In past years Disney let you remain were you were through all three shows. This year they insisted on clearing the theater between each show, making everyone wait in line again. Folks were not happy with that at all. This led to people walking out in the middle of Arlo's last song each show to get back on line. After all was said and done most folks ended up back in the same seats anyhow. Arlo, Abe, Sarah and Johnny performed Thursday and Friday. Gordon joined them for Saturday and Sunday. Gordon was away attending his son's high school graduation and was a proud papa when I spoke with him Saturday.

We had a great time at the gigs and had the following week to enjoy the Disney parks and make a couple of trips to Sea World. On the way to the Vero Beach gig we passed the Rising Son office on Rte.1, (the sign for the office simply reads Folksinger) and had the opportunity to spend the better part of a day at Kashi. looking forward to next year already.
