Ok, I jus got the email saying that the video is optimized (whatever that means) and is ready to play. I just checked, and it works for me.

He got up on stage, and sang it straight through... no 'embellishments' ... and I thought the tempo was a little faster than usual...
I had posted when he went on, and again when he finished, over on the Arlo's Restaurant Forum... and doing the math, it was a 17-minute version of Alice's... unusual for ADG.

It was definetly up-tempo, but it was still amaizing. One of the day's highlights for me.
