Well, Epcot was great. I had never been there before, so I was happy to finally make it. Went to all of Arlo's shows and had a wonderful time. They took place in an outdoor, partly covered theater, decorated with Peter Max-type Flower Power scenery. All of the Guthrie kids and most of the grandkids were there. The babies even made it out on stage, to big applause. Sarah and Johnny's Olivia really wanted that microphone...Bad. A future musician, I'm sure. Gordon Titcomb was also there, adding his own special touch on mandolin, peddle steel, and banjo, and even the weather put in a special appearance. The first set of Saturday's shows was cancelled after 2 songs, due to the arrival of a big thunderstorm with wind so strong it blew the rain onto the stage. The stagehands were busy covering up all the instruments with towels, and the audience crowded under the "covered" part of the theater, sitting and standing around in their yellow Mickey Mouse ponchos. The rain finally stopped and Arlo and Co. were able to come back out for their second and third sets, minus the percussion. A good time was had by all!

The Epcot shows were great, and nice pictures John. Judy, I noticed you failed to mention how good John and I looked in our matching "Sarah Lee and Johnny" T-shirts.

Hey, Baldwinville, I'm sorry. I just didn't want to make all the women who couldn't make it to the shows jealous. <img src="http://www.arlo.net/ubb/smilies/smile.gif" width=15 height=15>
