A bit of a harder rock tune I made about some creative differences a while ago.

Thanks! I've always liked the reverse solo on the Beatles' I'm Only Sleeping. Wanted to do something like that..

Yeah! (I might be veering off a tad here but I’ll be back)
When I was a kid, maybe ten or eleven? we had a magnetic tape recorder, like this cellophane tape arranged around two reels on a recording machine, similar arrangement to a typewriter ink ribbon on a typewriter. And I would speak a sentence completely backwards into it. I remember “I drive a Chevelle” (which i didn’t) and tried to make it sound as right as possible (which it never quite did) like, (phonetically) “Levesh a vyerd ya” (?) and then manually turn it backwards to hear how it sounds. Back then it was low tech and not an impossible thing for a kid to mess with and do. Anyway, that got me going a bit.

Anyhow!

Yeah, I don’t want to get in the way by saying too much. I enjoyed listening to your song! Lyrically and musically.

Thank you kindly! I did a kind of similar thing with a voice recorder app when I was a little kid where I would say things I found funny, reverse them, and try to learn em. I knew all the reversed swears. I was the coolest kid in the 3rd grade. Lowbrow in retrospect, but.. it was fun.
