The answer is: This book by Slater and Moore with a somewhat oxymoronic title about something they may not actually exist details things about the current president and the puppeteer whose hand is far up his ass.

Yah, Gus, I thought there should be one good dish in an otherwise disgusting meal and then it would be a good prize ... plus, frogs and pigs should both like it, as well as Blunderites.

Sue nailed this next one ... right, Larlex? It IS a totally bizarre title and just hard to fathom its existence. How many angels could dance on it, I wonder. This may seem off topic but it isn't.
