'course there is the whole...(i got this vibe from "old fogies" and "damn hippies" just the same) no teflon please...and no aluminium cookware, aluminum clad bottoms on stainless steel is okay though...cast iron is okay, stainless is okay, tempered glass okay....it is just what i remember hearing and i respect their opinions

Great respect for Julia. If memory serves her take - partially - was that anyone could cook like the finest chefs and she wanted to encourage us average folks to step out and try some of that there fancy cookin'. A truly talented lady.

I also like Justin Wilson. Told great stories and was a great cook too.
