Not the one with Mark Twain, I hope! Then you'd be really old!

It was the one with Arlo, although I think Mark Twain showed up, or maybe he was just on my mind a lot.......

I had my heart attack at 50, so... yes, life DOES begin (again) at 50!

Larry, I haven't heard the word Victrola since I can't remember when...of course, I can't remember much these days, but I do recall changing the needles on those things about after every scratchy record!

I'm having a very special birthday tomorrow; old by anyone's standards, I guess. I fooled 'em, though, I've been collecting Soc. Sec. since age 62!

mikey

Happy birthday Mikey! I actually have a victrola that I bought on a ski trip to vermont 25 some years ago.... it has the old steel needles. I ain't used it much in recent years though, cuz I have only a small collection of some real old 78's, and the steel needles scratch the hell out of my CD's. :?

Happy birthday, Mikey! If you have carrot cake, you can share it with the horses and they can help you blow out all those candles.
