Way Cool Pat has a Country Sister, what in the heck was she doing in Tennessee anyway.

Mules are great, they go where they are supposed to go and they won't jump off of a cliff like a horse will. That is important when one has done all of their mule riding at the Grand Canyon.

I sure hope this post does not break the news paper again, this is the only rag worth the read anymore.

She was doing environmental law on The Farm. She came back with on of the greatest dogs I've ever met. He passed away some years ago. We were kind of worried that he'd have hard time adjusting to the confines of the suburbs after a free life in the country, but he'd been abandoned and they'd gotten to be good friends. He loved the 'burbs. Loved carpet, air conditioning - conditions on The Farm were kind of primitive - didn't seem to mind the fence as long as the meals kept coming.

-----Confused Gnus and Views------
** " all the gnus that gives people fits"**

The major league baseball strike was averted today after owners and players came to terms. The exact terms of the agreement were not made available, but a spokesman for the major league owners was quoted as saying" If it were not for our old buddy and fellow major league owner George W. Bush suggesting to the players union that they might be put on the "axis of evil" list, and that a corked Louisville Slugger might be deemed a weapon of mass destruction, I really don't think we could have got this deal done".

Dear Mr. Editor, Sir:
What?! Hasn't there been any news since they settled the baseball strike?
The only thing my TV news seems to be interested in is American Idol. Surely you can do better.

dateline Madison County Iowa, romantic bridge burns, The star of "Bridges of Madison County" burns overnight, arson suspected.

dateline Tennessee, West Nile virsus moves east

Airports report that it is easy to plant a bomb in luggage and blow up planes, what are these guys, really stupid, I mean I for one would not be willing to tell the bad guys that the lock on my back door does not work.

these and other stories are waiting for this newspaper to report on and do some follow up reporting, what seems to be the problem?

I agree that we need regular updates and I hope our editor is reading this.

Just remember that "no gnus is good gnus".........unless perhaps you are a gnu in a singles bar, or the only gnu on an ark.

The Editor.

Then there's the one about the Mama Gnu and the Papa Gnu--when the little one misbehaves, and Mama asks for help, the Papa says, "Sorry, you'll have to paddle your own gnu!"

Actually, I'M sorry about that
