I suppose the moral of the story is to be careful what you wish for. I mean at first, both guys wanted a pickle, or pickles. Later on, I would suppose that the guy on the wrong end of the attack didn't want a pickle or pickles, and the attacker seemed to still want a pickle or pickles. Then, after the police kinda put the attacker in a pickle, so to speak, I'm quite sure he regretted wanting a pickle in the first place and no longer wanted one. I think it's a classic case of pickle karma.
