I was listening to Folkways tribute to Woody & Leadbelly CD today at work and, when it got to Arlo singing "East Texas Red", the thought entered my feeble mind that the song could make a pretty good transition into a movie. It could start and end as the song does, but the main part of the movie could be what those two travelin' fellas did in the year between the two pots of stew. Don't know why I'm posting it here other than the fact that I would like to see that movie and now I have to wait for somebody to write the script and do all of that movie filmin' stuff. So, somebody do something! Yeah, I know I'm weird. Mi esposa tells me that every day.
