rb, once again, it's not that i'm ignoring you. you wouldn't want to get me started, is all, even if it was something i wanted to dwell on. that, in a nutshell, has been my experience while in woodstock, all in all. it's gotten to the point where i actually shudder when anyone here claims to be my friend, or waxes on about "our relationship." so far, all that's meant here is that i'm about to get screwed, yet again -- and i sure don't mean the fun kind of 'screwed', either.

bumper, i do love that quote from the talmud. i've been saying that for years (especially around here) without knowing i could claim to be quoting an authority when i did. it's so much better when one can quote an authority ... certain aforementioned people may put me and what I say down on general principle, but they're not quite as likely to say, "you're looking at things the wrong way," if it's coming from the talmud. <img src="http://www.arlo.net/ubb/smilies/biggrin.gif" width=15 height=15>

What Cheryl said. Me too, I hope that Todd's doing OK. I do know it pulls one deep into one's self, that healing process stuff. It did sound like he was due for a bit of a break.
Maybe Todd and Starchild will wander back in at the same time, and catch everyone by surprise.

Well, to combine two of the off topic topics on this thread, we saw Odetta at a festival Todd was helping out on in Columbia, Pa, I think it was. Cindy and Todd were both in charge of watching out for Odetta, among other things. She was quite the character and kept them pretty busy.

Yes, Pat we sure do live in interesting times! Chat was in rare form last night. I still, get wowed, that I can chat with a Texan, a gal from Ma. (and parts unknown), man in Canada, and a guy in N.J. At the same time. It's been over 2 yrs. Think what my our grand-kids will think???
