if alice's restaurant is not the name of the restaurant as arlo states in the pre beginning of the recorded version on the album. What is the name of the restaurant? and if no name what migh it have been called?

I think it was called Alice's Back Room, if I remember right.....or at least something like that.

Alice no longer owns the place, and it's now known as Theresa's Stockbridge Cafe, and it's the destination point for the Garbage Trail Walk this coming Sunday....
