I hope all the Willie fans out there caught his, "Live by Request" last nite! He had some extra special moments. First of all Mark McKuen (the weather guy) was master of ceremonies, and I just love that guy. He knows how to handle words and emotions. Hats off to Mark, for lending his voice.

*someone named Jamie called in a request, and got cut off. So somone else got thru, and and requested "Always on My Mind". Then a call came in, and Willie immediately recognized the voice. Well it turned out to be Kris Kristofferson, and he and Willie exchanged a few laughs then Kris started to try and explain to Willie in a round about way, that, that guy Jamie that couldn't get thru, wanted to hear "Angel Flying to Close to The Ground". So that was a treat.

**Dr.John and Kenny Wayne Sheppard join Willie for a ALL star jam. Kenny Wayne did a rendition of "Stevie Ray Vaugn's 'Texas Blood'. I was surprized at Dr. Johns Voice. It sounded as sharp as ever.

Mark used to be a DJ and worked at WNEW-FM in New York.

I watched it!! I loved every minute of it!
