Yeah Bel, but all your "National" days don't count here because you are in Canada.
And how did you know the pickle thing was idiot proof if you didn't try it yourself? THAT'S what I was asking Image

Larry, I'm supposed to be working, you know! Those were Yankee holidays; we're still digesting our Thanksgiving leftovers up here in the Great White North. So I surfed around until I reached somewhere that gave me a list of American holidays, and there was National Dessert Month. And I know what you're asking about the pickles. Just never mind the pickles, Larry! Are you for dessert or agin it? Don't be stickhandling around with pickles, man. Speak up!

Or are you upset that I wouldn't agree to name the month after you? Didn't mean to bruise your feelings. Have a piece of birthday cake! Marble with really fudgy icing, just the way I like it best! You're a fireman so I suspect you'll know what to do about the inferno that's blazing on top of the cake. If you want dibs on seconds, you'll have to get in line behind me!

September, Dessertary, November, December!

Yep! I like it!

I must confess to being somewhat intrigued by Bel's "Blunderite October unhappy camper discourse theory". But I think I can take it a bit further. I think it's REALLY a matter of PTS, which is similar to PMS. PTS is Pre Thanksgiving Syndrom. Since Thanksgiving is the biggest holiday in Blunderdom, it is only logical to expect that blunderites become a bit stranger than normal during the month of October, which of course preceeds the holy month of November when Thankgiving is observed by littering blunderites across the globe. I Think all should understand this concept, and I don't think I need to explain this in any more detail( I don't think I could anyway).

Ya know, I had an uncle that got dessertary from not washing his hands or something like that so I figure calling a month a disease would be kinda counterproductive if you wanted to run a word like that out there for all to see. I was just wondering though, if we called it Bob would everything have to be a pallindrome? I mean, I not ready to buy a new car and it would seem that everyone would have to drive "a Toyota" during Bob. What the deal is??!!??

A Toyota! Race fast, safe car. A Toyota.
So many dynamos!
Was it a car or a cat I saw?
Ah race car, ha!

Don't nod.
Nor emote no tone to me, Ron!
Stressed was I ere I saw desserts.
Salad, alas.
No lemons, no melon.
Dammit, I'm mad!
Are we not drawn onward, we few, drawn onward to new era?
Do geese see God?

Egad, an adage.
