questioned popped up (drugs) is less better?

It made me think of certain life changes. And lost friends. I know for me, it's better than before....(altho I'll always miss the rush)I seem to get by, with a little drug cocktail (maintance dose). Ironically, one of the two saves my life, every day...Pain can be a hard thing to deal with?


EXAMPLE: Friend (NOW aquaintence) gets out from a 3 yr, bid (vowing never to use)....
First day out, back in the saddle... SOME people never change. Some do...

**On the less is better. The other opinion is, if moderate doses don't seem to work untill mid-day....Knock your-self out!! A heavier dose should do the trick...Beer seems to have a catylistic effect.....

BTW:by lost friends, I mean the ones who didn't die, turned into aquaintances... Three yrs. of AA did get me forever off the booze!

I agree with the "PLM", but to let you know the truth, My dad never partook of anything in excess ('Cept maybe a bit of radiation here or there, in his work, No joke) His tea-totaling ways did not keep cancer from making it's final call last night. He is at <img src="http://www.arlo.net/ubb/smilies/peace.gif" width=16 height=16> now.

I say, if it feels good do it, if it don't, think twice before doin' it again.

rb..your friend made a vow..a statement..if he/she does not effect changes in their lifestyle that support the vow..nothing will change..thus the tennet...

HomerJ--Sorry to hear about your dad! Cancer certainly knows no bounds. I'm glad he's at peace--but I know that doesn't ease the pain of your loss. My thoughts are with you.

RB--Todd is right. Looks like you were willing to change lifestyle. And that's why some of your friends have become acquaintances. It's too bad your former friend wasn't willing to do the same. Maybe he/she hasn't found their "bottom" yet.

homerj, this maybe isn't the best of times to be making your aquaintance but, all the same, sorry about your loss.

Yeah, Homer, my condolances. Losing a parent has to be tuff. Some day, I'll have my turn.

sorry to hear about your Dad, Homer, keep all the good, small moments, with you that you can that hepls more than the big ones, I think. i remember my Dad telling me
