Hey Lar.. did Aaron ever cop any flak from fellow service people or from above for speaking like that to the V.P?
Man! I try to imagine how it would feel to do what he did........and have more admiration for him every day.

UPDATE!!!!!!
Aaron officially came off active duty on 5/12! This means he no longer has to report to Ft.Dix, and goes back to once a month drills with the Nat. Guard! This also means he can try to get on with his life! He is going back to his original Nat. Guard troop NOT the one he went over with...this to is another long and involved story, but we just PRAY that in 6 months he doesn't have to go back over!!!!!!! We have our fingers/toes and eyes crossed here in the hopes he is hired by our local police dept! He has been told he is now 2nd on the list!!!!!! Problem is the town is only suppose to hire 1 officer right now, this means he may have to wait tilll Jan. to get hired! In the mean time he continues going to collage and working odd jobs here/there. Also want to let you all know I have printed this form out and added it to the scrapbook (now 3) I have made for Aaron since he deployed. WE THANK YOU ALL!!! for ALL the support/prayes/vibes you have given us ALL this last long yr!!!!!!
May they ALL BE HOME SAFE AND SOUND SOON!!!!!!!!
Hugs!
Linda

What wonderful news! Best wishes to Aaron and good luck with his goal of joining the police department (maybe the number one candidate will have already taken something else!)

If you are sincere about those wishes Cheryl, next time you have the chance to vote a complete evil moron like Bush into office.......don't!

I know folks around here hate Bush. But I didn't like Kerry & liked Bush so I had no choice but to vote my conscience & vote for Dubya...

Great news about Aaron ... finally! And if he has to wait until Jan, that's not so very long when you KNOW you'll get hired. He's soooo very lucky he has such a wonderful support system with you guys.
