total weight lost is 55 lb..i can even see my ankles now. plus, i no longer use tobacco..

my team leader doctor says,,,when you're done, you're done.

i do believe i'm done..beating myself up that is.

Hey Todd, I just got pix back... one great one of Sarah Lee & I, workin on my t-shirt, as she wrote "Sarah 'N Diputy" on it, for me...so, that phrase went from some words, Nathen & I kicked around here, to my sub-title, to a song title, to a phrase, written on a t-shirt, in Sarah Lee's own hand!!
A little Sonoma County alternative newspaper, used to have, on it's mast-head, the words... "perseverance furthers"
I think you need a Sarah 'N Diputy T-shirt, too, I bet Annie won't mind. That would bring perseverance, full circle.. Oct is close, now......

there's a problem with this thought...i haven't figured out yet what people do with their time..i tend to just sit and stare with flat affect!

I think what you have found is a higher level of couch potato, and I'm a real good couch potato, and that's almost like doin' absolutly nuthin'! I mean it's just perfect for us!

Todd, congrats, however...we need another metaphor, for that...
the old, "high/drunk vs sober" dichotomy, doesnt work, anymore, I mean, why can't you be silly, as opposed to high, or drunk, hmmm? hmm? why, hmmm?....
