We have returned! <img src="http://www.arlo.net/ubb/smilies/smile.gif" width=15 height=15>

mom is home from the hospital and feeling pretty good. the surgery went as well as it could and so far there are no ill side effects (which is more than we can say for me on these steroids, unfortunately)...

we should have the pathology report in 48 to 72 hours...

that's all the news from here...we are all pretty tired!

thanks for all the extra everything!

Sherry, I'm glad your mom's doing well. Now get some rest and feel better. I'm sorry you're having problems with the steroids. I do too. Thank God my little boy does fine on them because he's on them a lot. I know they can cause mood swings and swelling. Just force yourself to relax a bit. I know it's hard to do, but you need your rest.

Good to hear that your mum is doing well after her op, I hope that she continues to do well and has a full recovery.
You make sure you get some rest and look after your self. The last thing you want is to suffer from exhaustion, believe me you really don't.

You and your mum are still in my thoughts, keep well, ME.

Good news and we're expecting more. Love and {{hugs}} to Joyce!

Just got off my Prenisone. Suggest you find a pillow you really HATE<img src="http://www.arlo.net/ubb/smilies/reddevil.gif" width=16 height=16> and when appropriate, beat the crap out of it!

I could use a few positive thoughts...I'm going in for gall bladder surgery tomorrow. For the past month, something I'd had problems with occasionally turned into a 24-hours a day thing. I'm looking forward to having this thing out! Wish me luck! Thanks!

Sherry, glad your mom's doing okay, but sorry to hear you're having side effects from the steroids. As others have said, get some REST! Take care of yourself so that you can be there for your mom when she needs you. Many healing/strengthening vibes to you, Ken and your mom.

Sue, blundervibes to you too for a successful surgery and quick recovery. Keep us posted, please.
