My name is Susan and I last saw Arlo in 1978 at the Golden Hall in San Diego,where I am origanally from. I now live in Longview Wa and he will be giving a Concert here on the 23rd of this month. My youngest daughter is 16 and she loves folk music and she is really looking forward to her first concert. I am really excited to be taking her to see Arlo she enjoys listening to the Alice's Resturaunt CD.

Hey Susan...You are in for a very special treat and a great concert. You sound about like me, the first time I saw Arlo was in Atlanta, Ga about 35 years ago, with Pete Seeger. I next (and last) saw him a few weeks up in Springfield, MO...and all I can say is...he was GREAT way back when and just simply got better and better. He doesn't seem to come to the lower mid-west all that often...but will be in Lawrence, KS next November. I will be there...you can bet the farm on it!!!! Enjoy the concert!!!!!

Hey Susan! I'm going to the concert in Longview. I live in Portland, but he's not coming to Portland this year. It will be great! I've seen him in Portland the last three years, and it was phenominal. He has written some great new music. Listen for: Popular Demand, and My Old Friend (if you listening adg, I think you have a social responsibility to release Popular Demand to the general public before the next primary).
