Sorry Sparky...you are right.

We weren't really "negotiating" any serious recording activity, just bantering. I should have made it clear I would pay for any commercial and/or officially sanctioned recording of a concert....particularly this one...and in another thread I did ask if anyone knew if one was going to be made.

I do understand your need to monitor this and I do apologize. I will watch this very close from now on. Thanks for pointing this out!!

Ok it's time I chimed in with my two cent's. I'm a conselor (on my way to being I psychiatrist) I work for the states Behavioral health athority, so the people I see have all been diagnosed with a serious mental illness. And let me tell you, I would rather hang out with some of my clients then with some of the people I work with. I swear I think that some of the Doctors and some of the case managers in this feild are begining to adapt to some of the symptoms themselves. Wait that doesn't say to much about me though does it.... Never mind.... HAHAHA :D

I don't know. If I spent the $250 I'd be bummed to get there only to find out Arlo had been cured. :D

(Just kidding, this subject line was too good to pass up.)

Have fun if you go, Guys. It will be great if they put up couches instead of seats at the show.

Mark

Wow i didnt think that would have caused so much trouble.

Sales of these recorded materials is forbidden and it is intended only for fans to trade and share. Fees to cover postage and/or cost of blank media are acceptable.
If a contributor to this database is found to be selling their recordings, their account as well as all their entries will be promptly removed, and Rising Son Records notified.

I didnt think we were buying a recording, just helping a blunderite get to a show that would be an important part of history.

Maybe we can get Arlo to procure a recording from the soundboard or something.

I believe I read somewhere that psychiatrists have an abnormally high suicide rate among medical professionals (along with dentists! Go figure!)

Dentists have a high suicide rate coz they're job is the same thing over & over again----Either they're scraping week-old frankfurter off somebody's teeth, or they're filling a cavity, & when you've filled one you've filled 'em all. It doesn't take 'em long to get sick & tired of it, but they aren't trained for any other job that pays the same level of income & they're paying for a mansion in the suburbs, a vacation home in Myrtle Beach, & 2 foreign sports cars. So they get bored & depressed real quick.

OK, back to the topic...

Hey Joe...I feel so sorry for them. If boredom was the criteria for committing suicide, I died many many years ago.....and died a pauper by comparison.

No one told them they had to be dentists and no one said they had to live like heart surgeons....nor pay for all their equipment in the first couple of years in business. But then...what do I know....lol!!

Hey Goober Peas, not a big problem, and not something that hasn,t come up before, trading is always welcome in the trading post forums. Its the demands and offers for cash that are a problem for said reasons. No worries it was just a broom, the shovels and rakes are still in the back of the micro-bus.
