I got Prairie Wind for Christmas and it is absolutely GREAT!! I'm a long-time Neil fan. While saddened when he had the aneurism and surgery, I wondered at that time, if that was the last we'd hear from Neil. :( I was so happy when he came up with the new CD. The harmonies are melodious and some of the songs bring a tear. Thanks, Neil! :D

I too got Prairie Wind as a Xmas Gift, after I demanded NO ONE spent that much $$$$ on me..... Thanks to Robbie I can add it to my collection. The DVD alone is worth the 30 freaking bucks. Neil seems to be riding high on this one.

AND I love the way he mixes the harmonys.... ep 'this ol Guitar' with Emmy Lou.... All the background vocals are great!!!!!

NTM: Ben Keith is on it. So it has to be great. The quality of this CD is uncomprehensible....

Keep on truckin NEIL

He's a tough one, is Mr. Young. Luckily for his (multitudinous) fans... 8)

And a truly joyful New Year to y'all,
Muffy
Still in Memphis, and stillhappy. (HOO-rah)

I was doing some detective work in the computer chip picture vault and OMG I left crumbs all over the place  .....I came across this pic of Neil Young and Arlo from 1988 taken at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony

I cannot believe it has been 18 quick years...time sure flies feels like yesterday when we spiked our hair and used up 1 case of Aqua Net to hold our hair strands in place and and peeled on spandex pants that rode up our God given seats in which made you feel like a Chiquita Banana GGRR!!.....Neil and Arlo have changed so much I did not recognize them in the photo at first.....Holy guacamole!

I forgot to mention that Neil was on Saturday Night Live last month as a musical guest and he lookedand sounded absolutely great ....still going strong for 60 years old, bless his heart :)

This Note's For You
hint hint

Peace
