At first I thought, "sure, why not?" After all, I certainly haven't been using it lately as exemplified by my latest heart attack!

Then I re-examined the issue at hand and figured... if one brain cell circulates amongst the B'ites... and we can feel it working... what will this single cell do for him? Probably not much! So, my vote is "no" simply because it will be wasted. Now, if we had more to spare, maybe a compilation of brain cells might help him, but with him being in the negative, one won't make any difference.

If Dubya's dangerous with zero to negative brain cells then imagine how dangerous he'd be with one brain cell. And not just any brain cell but "The One Blunderite Brain Cell"! He'd use it in twisted ways that it was never intended to be used for. And he might use it to gain control over the Blunderite Community itself by claiming he was looking for more Blunderite Brain Cells of mass destruction! Then, after not finding any more and using the one and only Blunderite Brain Cell for his own nefarious purposes, he would announce "Operation Blunderite Brain Cell Freedom" and occupy The Brain Cell for the rest of ever!
