Cool, Wyld! All we need to do is offer 5% less, then come up with a $285,000 down payment, then take out a 30-year mortagage, and we'll have payments of only $81,262.52/month! I'm sure we can earn $2,700 daily to cover the payments and then enough more to pay taxes, insurance, and overhead. I vote yes, let's do it--right after we hand the braincell over to Bush.
