...keeps swiping my Arlo CD's. His favorite right now is Mystic Journey. When I downloaded a bunch of CD's off of Itunes I got the Kid's CD for him thinking that would satisfy him but NOOOOO. Looks like I'm gonna have to go make me some new copies Smile

BTW when I saw Arlo was coming to Dallas in 2008 I was talking to my Hubby about going. My son instantly ran up to us and made it known that he wants to go too! I figured anything that he shouldn't hear would probably go over his head and if it didn't well I would just cover his ears! So it looks like later today I will be buying 3 tickets.

FYI the tickets go on sale today at 10am according to Bass Hall's site.

Just bought mine. Was tossed up between the Orchestra Pit or regular Orchestra. Cus of the Price difference went with regular Orchestra. If I'm correct I will be 5 rows from the stage!

We went for the orchestra pit, as this is my birthday present for next year. We should be fairly close to you, but probably in less comfortable seats; usually the "pit" has folding chairs. We're in row CCC (I wonder if that means we have to do some construction work in a national park or something...)

See the posts "woody's still got it" and "arlo through the generations" on the blunder board. My Father's day gift..4 tickets to Arlo in Massachusetts this summer....draggin the whole family along....the 7 year old and I get the good seats ! He can recite the Significance of The Pickle if Arlo is lost for the words (he doesn't have the telepromters like the Boss !).

Sounds like you've raised your son right. My hubby Mike is my little concert buddy. He goes with me to all the shows & we have a blast. I'm so glad he likes music like I do...

I almost bought row ccc tickets. Was looking at row ccc seats 9, 10, 11. But I knew my grumpy hubby would be less grumpy if I told him I passed on the higher priced tickets!

Kevin Happy belated Father's Day. It's good to hear that other kids attend the concert. Like I said I think right now most will go over his head. For instance he loves Coming into Los Angeles. He laughs so hard at the spoken part although I know hes clueless. I'm just praying that one day I won't get a call from school telling me he was singing "Coming into Los Angeles

That's great your hubby loves the same music as you. I'm quite happy that mine enjoys Arlo too. Most of my music he doesn't. He has tolerated (and almost enjoyed) Bette Midler with me 3 times. But 2 years ago I wanted to see Pink Martini (at Bass hall too). I told him he could get me those tickets for my birthday. Which he did. But he bought me one and my best friend one LOL. He lucked out and she wanted to go!

Fortunately Mike & I enjoy most of the same stuff. Cept he likes some Sinatra & Dean Martin & that's not really my bag or style. I used to not care for country music & thought Mike liked it just cuz he is from a hillbilly area of KY. But when I got into Arlo, he got me to liking country music just fine. If you don't like country, just listen to the Hobo's Lullabye album & you will end up liking country allright...
