And, all the charges are confusing. There is never a concise bill that lists the actual charges and explains the coverage charges and often there is double billing in areas the consumer is reponsible for???

So, you must call and go over every charge in detail. (Insurance companies are gamblers and will always play the odds that you won't check them!

Thank you KJ. We are happy things turned out well too. She has recoverd just fine and is doing well in her first year of college.

Meanwhile, the dollar is in the tank because we have over spent all our money keeping people in arms in a defined area (say Iraq for instance) creating concentration camps as part of these surges. As a result of spending all this money on this military stuff and getting in debt there, we have forfeited any chance of shoring up our decaying infrastructure (roads, energy generation systems etc etc) or our bizarre splintered health care and educational systems.

Is it me?

THen it comes to the crux of the "electoral" debate, do we want a Washington insider or do we want to send Mr. Smith to Washington? Who can be effective in these times of change very little and hope it all works out?

It's another reason to impeach him now. Many are celebrating his lame duck status and the countdown to next January. But he's actually more dangerous with the fewer days he has left. He's unstable. He's itching for war with Iran. We should be very nervous, to say the least.

You've got that right! I've been writing letters and signing petitions asking for impeachment proceedings for the last five years! Sadly, it doesn't seem that the House is willing to follow the wishes of the People, but I'm not giving up on the idea (as I start another letter to my Representative).

Nancy Pelosi took impeachment off the table. We have to persuade her to put it back on the table. Congressman Wexler is trying.

Wow, the Mod Squad. I used to watch that back in the 60's & 70's. They released part of season one of the Mod Squad in Dec & I had Mike get it for me for Christmas so I could see it again. We've having fun watching it...

hey! so i am hearing on the news (sure enough) that a presidential election is kind of like a beauty contest (based on what i was hearing)

more progaganda??...nevermind the issues...pay attention to and consider the one who is "prettiest"?

reminds me of a story told about one of my great uncles or someone (i forget who, i never knew him) who had to get a new glass eye and his wife (i think) telling him, "now don't pick the prettiest one, pick the one you can see the best out of!" ?
