The Latin word "espiritas" is the root for words like wind, breath and of course spirit. Winds and spirits are alike because even though you can't see them, you know they are there because you can see the effects they have on other things, like the wind blowing tree branches around, or like spirits blowing to and through you, Louise.

Blundervibes my friend
Are blowin' in the wind
Blundervibes are blowin' in the wind

Relax and soak it all in!!!

yep not there yet! I have this problem called tempromandibular disorder
(jaw joints worn from clenching and grinding teeth in your sleep) I was diagnosed at 30 and wear a splint at night and normally have no problems but when I have too much stress over a period of time my jaw muscles stil manage to tighten up then I get spasms and stuff and have to eat soft food for awhile. I have a Crainomandibular specialist physio who works on me but I have to get rid of stress and anxiety before it all goes away. THe TMJ is the fire and the anxiety is the fuel!

Does anyone else have this disorder just interested.

I have had TMJ problems. I go through phases where my jaw will lock up and I can't open it all the way. It usually only lasts a few minutes to a half an hour, and seems to happen either when I'm going through a lot of stress or my allergies are acting up badly. I have a nightguard my dentist made for me years ago, but I always hated wearing the thing. Several times I woke up in the morning and found it lying on the floor, and I had no memory of taking it out of my mouth and throwing it there. After months of trying, I gave up and only used it when my TMJ problem was acting up. Fortunately, it hardly ever bothers me anymore. I have a feeling the nightguard wouldn't fit right at this point, anyway, because my teeth have probably shifted.

But enough about me! I hope you're feeling all better soon!

yeah I've been wearing my splint for many years and it helps but when I'm really stressed I still must clench hard enough to stiffen my jaw then I get tinnitus too from clenching. When everything settles down it will all go away. Just takes time.

Hope you'll be feeling better soon, Louise. I wear a little thing over my bottom teeth too at night. I had a problem with my jaw and I ground away tooth material so my dentist had one made for me. It helped, but sometimes when I have too much stress my jaws lock up again but not as bad as before.
More vibes coming towards you, Louise.

Sorry Louise! I can slightly sympathize. I've got it a wee bit, too. Mostly just my left jaw joint "pops" if I open it too wide, like at the dentist: "Open wide!"...."Pop!" ... "Oh! You've got TMJ!" ...."Uh, huh! Ah ha hat utt ost aww wy wife!" (My usual response with hoses and things stuffed into my mouth). If it gets real bad it'll give me a nasty headache. Try massaging your jaw muscles. It sometimes works for me. I sent you a bumper sticker. Maybe it'll make you feel better. Hey, do they say "bumpa sticka" in Oz like they do in Boston, MA?

I have tinnitus some too. A dr told me it could be caused by my diabetes. Only thing is I have had it for yrs since the 60's. I lived out further in the country back then & it was so quite & I'd wonder why I'd hear a sssssss noise in my ears. I never told anyone about it back then cuz I figured they'd think I was crazy. Hope ya'lls jaw problems get better. More prayers just said & vibes sent...
