I have a copy of Alice B. Toklas' cookbook... it's really a fascinating combination journal, cookbook and travelogue... and the infamous brownies recipe... is really for fudge! (She suggests serving the fudge at a ladies' luncheon)

university of albany...same as suny albany? did they just change the name? i went there many moons ago. i think i was supposed to be going to school there, but i really went to a two month party there before dropping out after someone mentioned mid-terms, and i realized i'd missed large numbers of classes. midterms? we had midterms? i don't remember much about being there, but the memories i do have still make me smile..
