Wow! You all are serious about this! Wellll...I'll read the links when I have time & let you know.

Of course, I'll have questions:
Will I hafta write music, or just lyrics? (I'm not a musician & probably can't write music. I started taking guitar lessons at 13, but after 4 years the only song I could play without sheet music in front of me was "Dead Skunk in the Middle of the Road," so I figured it was time to give up any thoughts of being a musician.)
Will I hafta go to Oklahoma & sing in front of people? (I only sang in front of people once---my sister had a karaoke wedding reception & I sang "El Paso.")

~~Joe, OF COURSE we are serious!! Sorry, dont know 'bout writing the music, maybee not! But I do believe you WILL hafta come to Oklahoma, & yes sing in front of folk, but, AAAHHHHHH what good folk you'll be singin' to & not EVEN to mention WITH!!! That in itself, should be incentive enough! Hangin out w/some great muscians, & I'm not even talkin 'bout Arlo~(the Great!) PLUS the added wonderful experience meeting the OKIE Guthries! They are such wonderful people & funny! Especially Mary Jo, Hulett, Ann, & their families!~~ Ask Ceashel, she can tell ya!
I do hope you will read in info, & We will be waitin' for ya, we'll even pick ya up @
the airport! no excuse now! <img src="http://www.arlo.net/ubb/smilies/wink.gif" width=15 height=15>!
R~~~
Ps, If ya need some 'back-up' vocals, I know some folks....

JOE and the BLUNDERITES UH OOHHH!!!
Just make sure you do it the year I'm gonna be there!!! IF not I guess I'll just have to work lots over time so I will have the honour to be on stage with such a talented and witty lyricist and all my Blunderbuddies and Moose Friends!!! Too bad we're not all together now and on the road to back Mike's Slackers tour. Boy Joe could REALLY come up with some good lyrics for that!! Then there would be the backup for Arlo on BLUNDER DOWN UNDER!!! Can't ya just see it!!! A rag tag bunch of old Hippies touring the world (or is that the Stones??)Why, we could start a movement!!

Not yet, but I haven't forgotten. Been kinda busy lately. Recently I've had time for about 15 minutes of computer time a day, & it's gone by the time I respond to everything on this & other message boards that I think I should respond to. I know I owe folks answers to PM's as well. I'll get to it all.
